An agent should see MI has his or her very own portal. Every product listed is available for all agents to offer their clients, and commissions or finders fees are readily available through the usual collaborative agreements. So If you do not have the perfect investment for your investors, one of your partners on MI certainly will. Our solution is to provide our members with the tools to introduce their investors to Millionaire Investments. Agents have always been very protective of their investor database, and rightly so. The solution is the ability to be able to introduce an investor, and if he purchases an investment that isn't your listing, 'you still get paid your share of the commissions'. 

Here's how it works

When you introduce an investor to the portal, he or she is required to fill out a form. On that form it asks for the introducer/agents name. Once he or she has signed up, they are immediately and permanently attached to you, while you both remain members. If that investor chooses to buy five investment properties listed by other agents on the portal, 50% of the commissions made available to MI from the selling agent, are automatically passed to you as the introducer. We call it 'Make money while you sleep'.

And guess what?

All an introducer has to do is introduce. So instead of that investor trawling the internet because they are not interested in your investments, you invite them to the portal, they purchase, and as in a normal agents collaborative agreement, we collectively agree a commission with the mandated agent, and once completed we get paid. This is why Millionaire Investments is a true trading portal. We collectively work together to attract more and more investors to the portal in a cooperative style. The commissions Millionaire Investments earn are put into further marketing the portal. The stronger our collaborative membership network becomes, the more effective the portal is for our members, and yes one day we will shut down the members to new agents, and only by invitation can a new agent become a member. The investors get one to!

To enhance the experience for investors we are also building their very on private area, which will also benefit agents in delivering information to investors. This is how it works:

  • If an investor bookmarks your investment for one to consider, you will be alerted and have the option to send them more information
  • When joining each investor receives a questionnaire which will ask their favourite countries or types of investment they are looking for. If your investment meets this, they will receive alerts stating this
  • When new product is loaded to the portal and approved this will automatically be distributed to investor members. With thousands of potential investors currently joining and still to join MI, your opportunity will be distributed to thousands of potential buyers within minutes of going live

As professionals we look to protect the integrity of the investor members, so direct contact can only be made with an investor member once he or she requests direct contact with an agent. Yes your investment product will be delivered to many thousands of members, but 'our collaboration' with you and the investor is to protect them from being bombarded with information. We want them to become a permanent member of MI, and be confident that their identity is protected, but the opportunities continue to flow.

MI has already attracted many developers to the portal. Although we are one source for their investments, many developers need the support of a professional agent who knows the location, understands the investment, and can support the developer in maximising sales. As new developers come to us, we partner the developer with an agent, so our agents continually take on mandates for high quality investment product. 

Ethical balance between the offer and the investor

The industry has seen some very difficult times, and investors have lost money with unscrupulous agents, or purely as a results of the difficult times we have experienced. At MI we are looking to readdress the balance, making sure our agents are mandated agents, our investors are dealt with professionally and we deliver the best products. New developer due diligence service - If a developer wishes to list his product with MI, he will need to pay for an independant due diligence on his company and its developments.

The joining fee

The current fee of £199.99 reflects the limited level of services we provide. As the new services are introduced the fees will increase to reflect this, but we do anticipate this to be similar to fees charged for other ordinary listing portals. We will also introduce a pay monthly scheme for fees at this point. The difference is you will be paying similar amounts as you may have historically paid for ordinary listing portals, but have a wealth of resources and a collaborative partnership led trading centre as an added value resource. Agents who join now are guaranteed to only pay £199.99 for the first year.
