Investors are flocking to Millionaire Investments

It has certainly been an interesting time at Millionaire Investments over the past six weeks. Although we have seen pretty much the worst economic effect on the property sector, it is starting to change quite rapidly.

Millionaire Investments is proving to be a place of interest for investors, and the flurry of activity on the membership portal in past weeks is certainly proof of that. Residential and Commercial property are attracting investors interests, and thanks to our agent and developer partners, we have been able to supply some exciting product for members. 

Spain is without doubt proving to be one of the most popular overseas searches, with many investors looking for high quality products in the more up-market Costa's. Costa Del Sol has probably been the strongest region in regards to holding investors interest, but still provides excellent BMV opportunities. A good example was a €900,000 property that was uploaded by one of our most active agents. Within hours of going live, we had received over 10 enquiries from members, and the Spanish interest is growing significantly.

Other areas that have seen huge interest is commercial properties in the UK, exclusive properties on the French Riviera and Monaco and properties around the Italian Lakes.

The current growth in enquiries has also been emulated by the growth in new members. Investors, agents, developers and many other professions have been joining Millionaire Investments, and weekly numbers of new memberships are on the increase.
